If you are not able to fill the tube up to the second of the two marked lines after following our handy tips then don't panic.
If you think you need a new test kit, we are happy to offer a complimentary replacement to try again, and we can talk you through the process so that your next attempt is a success. To arrange a replacement kit, please contact our Customer Care Team.
Alternatively, we can upgrade your test to other sample collection options. If you’d rather have a venous sample taken (from a vein in your arm) we can also arrange this for you. Just contact us at customer.care@medichecks.com, and one of our Customer Care Team will discuss the options with you.
