I have sent my sample. What happens next?

Once you've sent your sample, please log in to my.medichecks.com and complete your Supporting Information questionnaire.

You can do this by clicking on your active test, and completing the questions that appear on this page.

While do you not have to complete this, the information helps our doctors when they are reviewing your results and putting together your report.

Once your sample arrives at the lab, you will receive an email confirmation.

Tests can take anything from a couple of days to a few weeks to be processed, and this is relative to the test. You can see the estimated turnaround times for each test by looking at the test page on our website.

Please note that these are provided as a guideline and cannot be guaranteed.

Once your results are back from the lab and ready to view, we'll email you again to let you know.
