Have you received my sample?

When your sample arrives at the lab we will send you an email to let you know.

When you return your sample, we'd recommend you make a note of the tracking number on the label.  You can then check the progress of your posted sample here.  

Blood is stable for around 5-7 days (for many of our tests) and the first thing the lab will do when your sample arrives is to check the age and quality of the sample.

The labs are UKAS accredited and CQC registered, and so adhere to strict quality guidelines, so you can feel assured your results will be accurate.

Our blood sample envelopes are tracked and should arrive at the laboratory quickly when posted in line with our recommendations. However, if you haven’t heard from us to confirm your sample has arrived within 7 days, please do get in touch. We’ll be happy to send you a new kit so you can collect a fresh sample.
