When your sample arrives at the lab we will send you an email notification to let you know.
When you return your sample in the prepaid tracked postage returns envelope, please make a note of the tracking number. You can then check the progress of your posted sample here. Using a priority post box also helps to ensure that your sample reaches the lab quickly.
Blood is stable for around 5-7 days (for many of our tests) and the first thing the lab will do when your sample arrives is to check the age and quality of the sample.
The labs are UKAS accredited and CQC registered, and so adhere to strict quality guidelines, so you can feel assured your results will be accurate.
If we have not notified you that your sample has arrived after 7 days, please get in touch as we will need to send you a new kit out to collect a fresh sample.
Delivery Status: We are continuously affected by the Royal Mail strikes. Due to possible delays, please do not post your sample to us on the day of or the day before the strikes, you can always find the latest delivery updates on our service status here and on the Royal Mail's website here.
