Can I change from a finger-prick sample to a clinic or nurse visit?

If you struggle to collect a finger-prick blood sample, or simply want to have your sample collected by a medical professional, you can upgrade to have your sample taken at one of our partner clinics at a cost of £35.

Alternatively, we can arrange for a nurse to come to your home to collect your sample for £59. Nurse Home Visit

If you'd like to upgrade, please contact our Customer Care Team so that we can arrange for the additional payment.

Once this is completed, you will receive an email confirmation with your chosen clinic information to make an appointment at a time convenient to you. Please take your sample collection kit along with you.
