Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order for a refund within 30 days of purchase, if you no longer need it. Please contact the Customer Care team to arrange this.

From 9th October 2023, we will reintroduce a cancellation fee of £6 including VAT, for cancellations made within the 30-day cancellation period following kit dispatch. 

This fee covers the cost of the kit, as once we send a kit, it cannot be recycled or reused. You do not need to return the sample collection kit to us. 

If your kit has already been dispatched, your refund will be issued minus any postage fees and the £6 (incl. VAT) kit fee.
