I ordered two tests, but I have only received one sample kit.

When you place your order with us for more than one test, you will be asked if you want to take your tests together, or separately.

If you choose ‘separately’, you will always receive a separate sample collection kit for each test.

If you choose ‘together’ we will, where possible, combine your tests into one sample kit for your convenience.

In some cases, we will still need to send out a separate kit for each of your tests, as these may be directed to different laboratories. If you have chosen a clinic visit or a nurse home visit with your order, you will be able to take both sample kits to your appointment.

To identify your sample kit, you can open your kit and find the Laboratory Request Form. This is a folded piece of pink paper and will contain details of the test(s) that the sample will be used for.
