Where is my kit?

Once your kit has been dispatched, the estimated delivery times for our kits will depend on the delivery option you chose.

These are:

• Standard Delivery (up to 7 working days)
• Priority Delivery (up to 4 working days) 
• Tracked Delivery (1-2 working days).

Please allow this time for your kit to arrive. 

If this delivery time has been exceeded, please let us know, and we can arrange for a replacement sample collection kit to be dispatched for you.
