I ordered more than one blood test but only received one sample kit.

If you've ordered two or more blood tests but only received one sample kit, don't worry.

Sometimes, one sample kit is all you need. Some blood tests can be completed from a single sample. If you chose to have your tests analysed together, and they can be tested from the same sample, we'll send one sample kit for all of them.

Simply collect your sample using the kit you've received and return it following the instructions provided.

If you think another sample kit is missing, first check the laboratory request form inside your kit. This is the pink folded piece of paper that shows which test(s) the kit is for.

If you're still unsure, please let us know. We'll check your order and send another sample kit if one is needed.
