I’ve ordered more than one test, and I’m not sure which sample kit is which.

Most of our test kits have specific outer sleeves to identify the test that you have purchased. However, if you have ordered a more specialised test, or if you have opted to take two tests together, a more generic sleeve may be used for your test kit packaging.

If you need to identify which test your sample kit is for, you can open the kit and take out the laboratory request form. This is a folded piece of pink paper with the title ‘Important: Please enclose with your sample’. This form will confirm your name and date of birth, as well as the test(s) that the sample kit will be used for.
