What do I do if my sample collection kit has not arrived?

We're sorry to hear that your sample collection kit has not arrived.

Once your kit has been dispatched, the estimated delivery times for our kits will depend on the delivery option you chose.

These are:

• Standard Delivery (up to 7 working days)
• Priority Delivery (up to 4 working days) 
• Tracked Delivery (1-2 working days).

Please allow this time for your kit to arrive. However, if this delivery time has been exceeded, please let us know as soon as you can, so we can arrange for a replacement sample collection kit to be dispatched for you.
