What do I do if my sample collection kit has not arrived?

We're sorry to hear that your sample collection kit has not arrived.

Once your kit has been dispatched, the estimated delivery times for our kits will depend on the delivery option you chose at checkout.

These are:

• Standard Delivery (up to 7 working days)
• Priority Delivery (up to 4 working days) 
• Tracked Delivery (1-2 working days).

If you do not know which delivery option you selected, please check your Order Complete email. This will confirm your delivery type, and is also your notification to let you know that your sample kit is on the way.

If your order has not arrived:

• Confirm the dispatch date from your Order Complete email.
• Based on your delivery method, please allow this time for your kit to arrive. 
• However, if this delivery time has been exceeded, please let us know as soon as you can, so we can arrange for a replacement sample collection kit to be dispatched for you.
