Unfortunately, we’re not able to change the test once it’s been ordered, nor upgrade this to a different test.
If you placed your order within the last 30 days, you can cancel it and place a new order for the correct test instead. Please contact our Customer Care Team if you wish to cancel.
If your kit has already been dispatched, there will be a £6 cancellation fee to cover the delivery cost, as dispatched kits can’t be returned.
You can change your sample collection method if you need to — just get in touch with our team and we’ll help you with the next steps.
