Please note, we can only amend your name on your account if this recently changed or was entered incorrectly. We cannot transfer ownership of an account to another person.
- Contact Customer Care by emailing your current registered name, date of birth, and the email address associated with your Medichecks account.
- Provide your updated details. Please ensure the information matches your official documents, particularly if you are visiting a partner clinic or having a nurse home visit. Your phlebotomist may wish to verify your identity before proceeding with the blood test.
- Wait for confirmation from our Customer Care Team. They will verify your information and inform you once the changes have been successfully applied.
- Log in to your Medichecks account at my.medichecks.com to verify that your name and gender details have been correctly updated.
