Has my kit been dispatched?

We aim to ship your order within 2 working days. If you placed your order before 3pm with Tracked Delivery, we’ll usually ship it the same day.

Once your kit has been dispatched, you will receive an 'Order Complete' email. This confirms that your kit has been dispatched and includes important information about taking your test.

Occasionally, your order on Medichecks.com may show as “unfulfilled” even though it’s already been sent. We apologise for this error, and for any confusion it may cause. Our team is aware and are working to fix the issue.

If you’ve received an “Order Complete” email, please be reassured that your kit has been dispatched.

Delivery times:

• Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Second Class): up to 7 working days
• Priority Delivery (Royal Mail First Class): up to 4 working days
• Tracked Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24–48): 1–2 working days. Please check your email for your tracking number for these deliveries.
