I have just placed an order, but I cannot see this on my account?

Once you have placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email to let you know we’ve received it.

Your order won’t appear in your account straight away, as it needs to be processed by our team. This can take up to two working days after placing your order. (If you choose Tracked Delivery and order before 3pm, Monday to Friday, it’s usually processed the same day.)

As soon as you receive your ‘Order Complete’ email, you’ll be able to log in to my.medichecks.com to view your order.
