When you create an account with us, we ask you to provide your date of birth. It is important that the date of birth you enter is correct so that we can provide the most appropriate reference ranges for your test results. We will also ask you to confirm your date of birth when you have forgotten your password to check that it’s you.
To enter your date of birth for iPhone and Android devices, please click on the 'Month' and 'Year' at the top of the calendar. This will bring up a scroll menu to allow you to change the year.
If you have entered the incorrect date of birth, you will not be able to amend this yourself. Please contact our Customer Care Team to let us know, and we will be able to change this for you.
