How can I change my personal details?

To change your details please log in to your account at my.medichecks.com.

Once logged on please click on your account and select your initials in the top right-hand corner (see image below) and from here you can make changes to your email address and delivery address.

Please note:

You won't be able to change your date of birth, name or gender from here but if you contact Customer Care they can help you with this.  This is to ensure that we maintain accurate details on your Medichecks medical records.
