Why can't I see my order in my account?

Your order will not be visible on your account until it has been dispatched by our fulfilment team. 

We aim to dispatch an order within 2 working days, or on the same day if you select Tracked delivery (if your order is placed before 3 pm).

Sometimes we may need to contact you before we dispatch your order to check details, so please check your emails, including your junk folder.

Please note that orders placed after business hours on Friday may not be visible until the following Monday.
