How long do I have to take my test?

Our terms and conditions state that you have 120 days from the date of purchase to use your test. This is the service contract for your test.

There will also be an expiry date on your kit which is the expiry for the physical components within your kit e.g. the tubes. Your physical kit will have an expiration after the 120 days has passed however this is to ensure it is still usable within your service period.

You can easily view the validity period in your mymedichecks portal, the expiry date will be listed next to the test name. 

If you are worried that you may not be able to use the test within this time frame, please reach out to our Customer Care team before expiration.
