What should I do with my sample collection kit if it has expired?

All of our test kits are valid for 120 days from the date of purchase. We cannot extend this date.

If you do not use your test within this time, your sample kit is no longer valid.

If you think you will not use your text before the expiry, we encourage you to contact our  Customer Care team as soon as possible. 

We can reactivate a test within 1 year of the original purchase date for a £12 fee. Reactivation is limited to one per test and is not available for retests.
