Where is my kit?

We aim to dispatch kits within 48 working hours of your order being placed and prioritise those with Tracked delivery.

If you opted for Tracked delivery at checkout you will be sent tracking details by Royal Mail when we process your order.  Please check your junk folder if you can not find this email.   Please note that during postal strikes or extreme weather, service levels may vary across the country.

If you opted for standard first-class delivery for your kit, and have not received your kit after 5 working days, please get in contact with us.
